Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovation ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with global stakeholders to mitigate systemic risks
- Author white papers and thought leadership frameworks on emerging industry paradigms
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Strategy (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 7+ years experience in technology foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized ventures
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFTR)
