Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce thought leadership reports on future workforce and market disruptions
- Curate global innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships and venture scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven experience with scenario planning tools and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Strong background in human-centered design and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
