Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead scenario planning workshops and foresight initiatives to prepare for disruptive market forces
- Design and implement agile experimentation frameworks for rapid prototyping of future business models
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies, Design Thinking, or Innovation Management preferred
