Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on industry ecosystems by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with future market demands
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to align on long-term vision
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present future-focused insights to investors and stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation trends and regulatory shifts affecting tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects launched in past 5 years
