Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-cultural shifts to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market entry aligned with future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking across engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Author high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content for industry stakeholders
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic pivots and investment decisions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight frameworks and innovation strategy deliverables
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global innovation initiatives
