Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) for strategic integration
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on disruptive market shifts
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI on pilot projects
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of publishing futurist research or trend analysis (e.g., Gartner, WEF reports)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PMP or innovation certification preferred
