Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing, climate resilience) to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on futuristic vision implementation
- Produce executive foresight reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential commercialization partnerships
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation maturity and future-readiness across departments
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, white papers)
