- Build and mentor an innovation lab team specializing in exponential technologies
- Present strategic futures to investors, boards, and government bodies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
- Oversee R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA-affiliated labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting innovations launched
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to C-level audiences
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or similar tier publications
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation grants from NSF, NIH, or equivalent
