Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and forecast disruptive innovations through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and product teams
- Collaborate with R&D to validate future-facing product concepts
- Author thought leadership reports on industry transformation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advose on long-term talent acquisition and skill development strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with documented impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFt) or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
