- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit with industry leaders and policymakers
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or systemic change
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendHunter)
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation or Systems Thinking
