Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints for breakthrough product development
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption metrics across divisions
- Curate thought leadership content and represent the company at global futurist forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, exponential technology forecasting, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
