- Establish KPI frameworks tracking 2026-readiness across 15+ technology vectors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technology forecasting
- Proven success delivering multi-year transformation programs ($100M+ scale)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review (2019-2023)
- Executive certification in Futures Thinking from World Economic Forum or MIT
