Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to pioneer adoption of quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (Web4, biotech interfaces, climate tech) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions for technology incubation
- Create frameworks for ethical technology governance and sustainable innovation practices
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and innovation pipeline maturity
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, and climate tech
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong track record of launching successful tech initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Technology Foresight, or equivalent strategic planning
- Experience working with C-suite executives and presenting to boards/investors
