Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech integration, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging academia and industry innovation
- Identify emerging technology disruptors and create mitigation/adoption strategies
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE and Nature Technology Review
- Partner with UN Technology Envoy on global AI ethics frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years strategic tech experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology disruption scenarios
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Security clearance eligibility for federal technology partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international tech diplomacy
