- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of future-focused projects
- Champion cross-functional adoption of emerging technologies across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., Web3, AGI, neurotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
