Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI/ML advancements, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech innovations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging tech trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and investor expectations
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and key stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of strategic technology initiatives across global teams
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical considerations in emerging technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Understanding of US tech regulatory landscape and ethical AI frameworks
