Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof technology solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against long-term goals
- Champion ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and developing 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market data into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
