- Manage innovation pipelines and prioritize R&D initiatives based on market impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive market opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy development and execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to anticipate market shifts
