Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Present strategic insights to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500/Unicorn companies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature Technology, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 3+ continents
