Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational vision
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) into core business platforms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop predictive analytics models to forecast technology adoption curves and competitive disruption
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation practices
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor a dedicated innovation lab team focused on experimental technologies with 3-5 year horizons
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics skills with experience in technology forecasting
