Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with federal tech policy advocacy groups
