Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite stakeholders with actionable implementation plans
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale technology transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong understanding of ethical technology development and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
