Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and assess their commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with corporate vision
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with leading research labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
