Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing AI-driven, blockchain-enabled, and quantum-computing solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, spatial computing) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and secure executive buy-in for multi-million dollar innovation initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies for collaborative R&D
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in futurism, data science, and ethical technology implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, Web3 infrastructure)
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review) or major tech conferences
- Experience securing and managing $50M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused execution
