Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or peer-reviewed AI/quantum journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
