- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology investments with business transformation objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong background in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Certified in technology architecture (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP) or innovation management (e.g., PDMA)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor forums
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering required
