Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling exponential technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends with commercial potential
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into market-ready solutions
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2020+ tech deployment experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent scenario planning experience
- Track record of launching exponential technologies with $10M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and executive domains
- Portfolio demonstrating technology transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
