Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, carbon-neutral systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Collaborate with C-suite on patent strategy and intellectual property monetization
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and investors using immersive VR/AR presentations
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotechnology, advanced materials science, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/private innovation grants
- PhD or equivalent in computational physics, systems engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of deployed technologies impacting 1M+ users
