Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems with 3+ year development cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience managing international remote teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmap development for Fortune 500 clients
