- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and ethical implementation frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon-scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology investment priorities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, CTO/CTO-equivalent experience required
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise technology through paradigm shifts
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech domains
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for 2030+ technology landscapes
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
