Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create technology roadmaps with 5-year foresight and quarterly execution milestones
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruption vectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems, or biotech convergence
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
