Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and disruptive opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts
- Build a network of industry futurists and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term tech roadmaps
