Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead research initiatives in sustainable technology and climate-positive innovation
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on space-age propulsion prototypes
- Manage $50M+ R&D budgets for future technology incubation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and congressional tech committees
- Establish partnerships with MIT and Stanford for future tech labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Systems Architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Experience with US federal tech initiatives (ARPA-E, IARPA)
- Deep expertise in blockchain 4.0, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology
- Security clearance for classified future tech projects preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Mandarin for global collaboration
