- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from conception to implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Manage innovation budget and resources for pilot projects and R&D partnerships
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business with tech focus
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing successful future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS Machine Learning) preferred
