Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 deployment
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AI ethics, biotech integration) and recommend adoption strategies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into scalable commercial applications
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record leading complex tech initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing organizational strategy
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
