- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape through advanced analytics
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certified Innovation Professional or equivalent designation
