Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision for 2026
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Design governance frameworks for responsible innovation and regulatory compliance
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing architectures and adaptive methodologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-oriented projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
