Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology investments
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype validation
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizon)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
