Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable systems) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary tech breakthroughs
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with ESG and growth objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level stakeholder management and board communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management
