Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (AR/VR, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Design ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-tech into corporate strategy
- Present technology forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and regulatory bodies
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, distributed ledger, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, WFS) or equivalent
- Published research on technology ethics or emerging tech impact
- Track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
