Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with disruptive potential
- Conduct ROI analysis and risk assessments for technology investments exceeding $5M
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen capabilities into our SaaS platform roadmap
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor committees
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem including startups, academic institutions, and venture partners
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching breakthrough technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech) and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with C-suite presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy publications
- CISSP or TOGAF certification preferred
