Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for climate resilience and healthcare
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market disruption potential
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and acquire transformative startups
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Develop KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainable tech)
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
