Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify future-facing use cases and solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of future technology initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups driving 2026-relevant breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite and technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies preferred
