Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruption and competitive threats
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling technology-driven business transformations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Prior startup or high-growth environment experience essential
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
