Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems (2019-2024)
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Security clearance for federal tech initiatives (preferred)
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (2021-2024)
