- Present quarterly technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of next-gen AI frameworks across enterprise operations
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technologies
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or CTO-level experience
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- PhD in Computer Science or related field required
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish for global collaboration
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
