Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies including generative AI and neural interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage innovation lab budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across organizational operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (e.g., Web Summit, CES)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
