Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and disruptive innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing pilot programs for emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, spatial computing)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, venture capital firms, and government innovation initiatives
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to identify paradigm-shifting technologies with 5-10 year commercial viability
- Present executive briefings and investment recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop intellectual property frameworks and ethical governance protocols for next-generation technologies
- Mentor innovation fellows and lead hackathons focused on 2026 technological challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or decentralized networks
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, or Harvard Business Review)
- Security clearance or experience with classified innovation projects highly desirable
