Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and market positioning strategies for next-gen products
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for experimental technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech assessment
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
