Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and investor relations
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption maturity
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future tech trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive and investor audiences
